Schneider & Bieler Cabernet Franc “Le Breton” 2020

100% Cabernet Franc from two vineyards on the east side of Seneca Lake, in New York’s Finger Lakes region. A ripe vintage presented this bottling with an abundance of concentration and fruit: raspberry compote and sour cherry are bolstered by a thread of bittersweet chocolate.
