The wine spends 14 months in French and American 300 liter oak barrels which are replaced every three years. The wine remains for another 18 months in the bottle before it is launched to the market. The vineyards are planted at 750m above sea level in clay-limestone soils at low yields of 1.500 kg/ha. Organic.
Medium to full bodied Tempranillo with blackberry and dark cherry notes.
