Chardonnay grapes for Early Wine are harvested two weeks earlier than the rest of Macari’s white wines, providing the green apple aromas and flavors it is known for. An expressive nose displays candied peach, citrus, pear. The palate is as fruit-forward as the nose with more green apple, lemon, and a touch of sweetness that is balanced by zesty acidity.
