Folk Machine White Light 2021

2021. 12.5%. A lively, fresh, beguiling bowl of orchard, tropical, and citrus fruits, with a hint of matchstick and pastry cream on the nose. A nice balance between saline minerality, courtesy of tocai friulano–and the richer fruit-sets of riesling and verdelho. All tied up up with a nectarine, blood orange finish. Delicious!
