Emidio Pepe Trebbiano d’Abruzzo 2015

The Trebbiano is foot-trodden and the must is then fermented in little cement vats without any selected yeast, according to ancient methods. After two years the wine is hand-bottled without being filtered. The wine is slightly golden-hued with notes of yellow fruits and nuts.
