Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose 2022

Mourvedre, Grenache, and Cinsault. A beautiful, dark salmon colored rose from a classic Provencal producer. Strawberry, apple, and nectarine, with savory notes of green pepper dancing around the edges. Superb on its own for a special occasion. Enough texture and depth to be especially food friendly, be it Bouillabaisse, grilled branzino, or roasted chicken.
