Rich, satisfying Chenin worthy of a late Saturday afternoon quaff, or a respectable pairing for pate or gourmet chicken salad. What it lacks in the classic dank honey/beeswax nose, it makes up for in white flowers, honeysuckle, and a juicier, almost tropical edge to the very ripe golden apple. Opulent, satisfying.
