Birichino Malvasia Bianca Pet Nat 2019

This 100% Malvasia Bianca is sourced form a single vineyard in Salinas Valley, California planted almost 30 years ago. While still fermenting, some malvasia juice was added and the wine was hand-bottled. This resulted in a slightly sparkling wine that is soft, fragrant and just delicious. Because some fermentation occurred in the bottle, expect a little cloudiness. Please sufficiently chill this wine and suspend the sediment gently before opening. Expect beautiful floral notes and an almost creme brulee palate.
